- Define and monitor performance metrics, reporting progress against business‑unit and customer‑specific goals.
- Forecast manpower, financial, and operational requirements for service activities including start‑ups, warranties, service agreements, and paid services.
- Manage service projects to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
