Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Admin Field Service Manager for South Italy

This role provides excellent support to our customers. The manager will lead a team of engineers to deliver "white glove" support and focus on supporting organizational growth and customer retention through field support.

As part of the Customer Care Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Service Operations, the manager will work closely with the sales team to develop tailored plans to enhance customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for improving the technical and soft skills of their team to ensure best-in-class support. Supporting the Customer Care vision and mission, the goal is to create value for customers and enhance lab performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Build a top-tier support team technically and application-wise
• Collaborate with Sales to support business retention
• Provide support according to contract specifications and priorities
• Arrange internal training for engineers
• Support field operations from installation to routine maintenance and deinstallation

Minimum requirements include :

• Degree in Technical Engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams in the Medical Diagnostics industry
• Leadership skills and ability to drive strategic culture
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
• Flexibility to work hours as needed and travel up to 50%
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; adherence to company vehicle policies
• Excellent command of English
