Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will lead our technical service desk, including documenting, training, and supporting our clients. This includes responsibility to training customers where necessary on all products within the Sinclair Energy Base Devices portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including maintenance, repair, and calibration of field devices. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Handling Return Material Authorization for investigations.
- Service kit preparation and new operation guidelines
- Prepare service manual
- Prepare service price list
- Prepare troubleshooting and handling documentation
- Train account manager to handle basic troubleshooting and technical case Harding
- Authority on decision regarding technical solution.
- Fill in all documentation as needed.
- Complaint Life Cycle
- Technical Support
- RMA Investigations – including participation in product change and improvement processes.
- Develop strong relationships with the customers in the territory.
- Development of new customers to Sinclair in the territory.
- Develop and improve selling skills and competencies.
- Ensure Compliance with aplicable laws and regulations.
- Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site
- Provide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers
- Complete on-site system audits and evaluations
- Practice and adhere to all safety and training
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in a field role preferably in the Energy Base Devices, and/or aesthetics industry.
- The ideal candidate will have Electronic or Mechanical practical engineering degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years' installing and maintaining machines
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Prefered to have previous experience in same role
- Fluency in English and Italian.
