Field Specialist

Mantell Associates is partnered with a global, evidence-based strategic insights partner, who is seeking an experienced Field Specialist to drive the delivery of high-impact insights and intelligence to leading life sciences clients.

Field Specialist - Responsibilities:

• Design and execute field-based research initiatives - including in-depth interviews, voice-of-customer (VoC) programs, and ethnographic studies - to capture frontline insights from HCPs, payers, and stakeholders
• Support the development and analysis of primary and secondary research, translating findings into compelling strategic narratives and client-ready deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Insights, Analytics, Account Management, Medical Affairs - to align research instruments and insights with client goals
• Deliver high-quality results for projects ranging from product development to launch strategy, portfolio optimization, and market access planning
• Present findings through synthesis reports, workshop facilitation, and strategic recommendations tailored to client needs

Field Specialist - Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience conducting qualitative research or field-based studies within life sciences, consulting, market research, or insights teams
• Strong skills in interviewing, ethnography, moderator-led discussions, coupled with thoughtful, structured insight translation into strategic deliverables
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills, able to convey actionable insights convincingly
• Comfortable working in client-facing and field-based roles, with flexibility to travel and operate virtually
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-paced, evolving project needs
• Must be able to drive to multiple company sites 2-3 days per week (all travel expenses covered)
• Must be fluent in Italian
