This role focuses on managing personnel and operational flows within the Assembly and Final Control Department to enhance the operational structure of the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Manager and other manufacturing leaders and teams to meet the factory's strategic goals.
• Track production and ensure monthly delivery targets and other KPIs are met by coordinating workforce and material availability.
• Encourage a robust commitment to safety principles and to high-quality product delivery.
• Support the development of employees’ skills by structuring and implementing appropriate training initiatives.
• Manage the production activities according to SKF Production System (SPS) principles, promoting and monitoring related activities (e.g., daily management, 5S, resetting, problem solving).
• Promote and encourage a culture of innovation in the team.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or technical high‑school education with several years in a manufacturing environment and in managing people.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manual and 3D measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies (meritorious).
• Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated experience performing effectively under tight deadlines.
• Previous working experience in the aerospace environment (meritorious).

Additional Information

The position will be located at Villar Perosa (Turin), on a local contract. The holder will report to the Production Manager, OEM Avio, who is located in Villar Perosa (Turin).
