Finance And It Manager

We are looking for a higly experienced IT Finance Manager to join our international IT organization and act a strategic partner for Finance, Controlling and Treasury functions.

Key responsabilities

• Own the IT roadmap for Finance & Controlling applications
• Act as the main IT reference point for Finance and AFC stakeholders
• Lead the design and delivery of IT solutions supporting accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and treasury
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external system integrators
• Drive process optimization, automation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT roles supporting Finance & Controlling
• Strong knowledge of AFC processes and ERP Finance Systems
• Proven experience in IT Finance leadership or senior IT Business Partner roles
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
• Fluent italian and professional English
