Our client is an industrial multinational Group that employs around 100 people in North-East Milan Area.

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Director

Reporting directly to the CEO, he will lead all financial, controlling, and administrative functions of the company in Italy.

Main responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy in line with the group policies
• Overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Managing industrial controlling: cost analysis, margin analysis, procurement performance
• Supervising working capital, tax compliance, and financial risk management
• Supporting strategic decisions and investment planning
• Leading and developing the Finance & Administration team

Requirements

• Around 8-10 years of experience in the Finance function in mechanical company
• Strong background in management control, cost accounting, and ERP systems
• Experience in Auditing will be considered an advantage
• Strong leadership
• Degree in Economics or related field
