Our extensive experience and technical knowledge of silencers across a wide range of noise reduction applications includes inlet/outlet and enclosures of industrial fans, turbines and compressors, as well as in-line pressurized/discharge vent equipment.

Job Description: the role of the Finance & HR Manager has overall control and responsibility for all financial and HR aspects of the business unit strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations based on these findings with the most profitable outcomes.

The candidate should be responsible for the Business Unit accounting and people management processes, including:

  • work with senior teams to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans
  • manage the budgeting process
  • cash management on an ongoing basis
  • control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems
  • preparation and submission of weekly and monthly updates
  • presentation of annual accounts and balance sheet
  • review of accounts and investigation of variances
  • treasury matters
  • capital expenditure – evaluation and preparation of submissions
  • insurance/ risk management
  • manage tax declaration
  • manage local bank facilities and payments to third parties
  • HR administration, including sensitive personal data management
  • Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
  • manage no. 2 accountants HC within the team

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance role within international/multinational company
  • Familiarity with processes and procedures
  • Excellent commercial and business experience
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Strong IT skills, SAP B1 preferred
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
  • Fluency in English, Turkish desired, third language a plus.

Travel requirements: rarely.
