Finance Manager (4754)

In this role you will lead the financial operations for Spencer Corporate Travel, driving accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial control. You’ll partner with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and oversee both traditional accounting and business partnering activities. As the finance lead for Tramada, you’ll ensure revenue recognition and data integrity across systems. Hotel and travel discounts Vacation 20 days per year Sick/emergency leave 10 days Employee Assistance Program (TELUS Health) Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and prepare financial statements Provide variance analysis and meaningful insights to senior leadership Ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls; coordinate external audits Partner with business leaders for operational and commercial decision-making; lead forecasting and budgeting Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash management, and treasury activities Manage reconciliation of client trust accounts, commissions, and billing issues with operations Oversee outsourced finance resources and supervise financial processes Act as finance SME for Tramada; ensure revenue recognition and reconciliations with ERP and GL Improve financial workflows, controls, and system integrations Support month-end accounting for deferred revenue and related balances Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Operations on finance system enhancements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline CPA or CA designation (or equivalent) preferred Progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting (month-end/year-end close) Strong IFRS knowledge and financial controls Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Demonstrated leadership managing teams, including outsourced resources Advanced Excel and ERP experience Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills In this role you will lead the financial operations for Spencer Corporate Travel, driving accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial con… #J-18808-Ljbffr
