Amazon Device Reverse Logistics (ADRL) finance team is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making for our reverse logistics operations. This role will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and business leadership to drive financial rigor and accountability across the ADRL portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, career development, and performance management
- Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for ADRL operations
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with actionable insights for senior leadership
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and drive efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions, including inventory disposition, refurbishment economics, and returns processing
- Provide financial oversight and analysis of capital expenditures and vendor contracts
- Lead financial due diligence for new programs, partnerships, and process changes within ADRL
- Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities clearly to VP-level and above stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure

As the Finance Manager for ADRL, the day is a blend of financial stewardship and people leadership — partnering with operations and supply chain teams to track cost performance, managing the monthly close and forecast cycle, coaching and developing the team and preparing financial insights for senior leadership reviews. The role sits at the intersection of rigorous analysis and strategic influence, ensuring ADRL's reverse logistics operations run with financial discipline and accountability.
About the team
The ADRL Finance team is a high-impact group of finance professionals. The team partners closely with operations, supply chain, and business leadership to drive financial rigor across the full reverse logistics lifecycle — from returns intake through disposition. Together, they own the financial planning, reporting, and analytical work that keeps ADRL accountable to its cost and efficiency goals. The Finance Manager leads this team, setting direction, developing talent, and serving as the primary financial voice to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
- 5+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of mentoring junior finance and/or business team members experience
- 3+ years of working with senior staff (e.g., c-suite)
- MBA or CPA

Compensation
Base salary range: $153,000.00 – $207,000.00 USD annually. Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
