SixteenFifty is partnering with a leading global organization ( End client ) to find a strategic and results-driven Finance Transformation Manager - Permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programs that reshape the finance function from the inside out.

Our client is undergoing a multi-dimensional finance evolution—spanning processes, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. As Finance Transformation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this change, leading critical end-to-end transformation projects. From defining the vision to executing system, process, and organizational changes, you’ll be instrumental in modernizing finance operations and enabling long-term business agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and execute the finance transformation roadmap in partnership with the Finance Transformation Director
  • Lead large-scale initiatives involving finance, IT, sourcing, HR, and business operations
  • Drive strategic planning, business case development, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Own the delivery of transformation projects, from vendor selection through implementation and post-go-live optimization
  • Collaborate with digital and HR teams to map out the future tech landscape and operating model
  • Ensure successful change management and adoption across impacted teams
  • Report on progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership to drive transparency and accountability

We’re looking for a proactive, business-oriented transformation leader with strong financial acumen and project execution capabilities.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in finance transformation, consulting, or finance PMO roles
  • A strong grasp of finance domains such as accounting, controlling, treasury, and FP&A
  • Experience designing or optimizing end-to-end business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash)
  • Hands-on involvement in digital finance implementations or ERP-related projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
