Job Purpose

The Finance Transformation Senior Specialist will support the project management and functional coordination of the Group’s migration to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Planning and Consolidation. This role acts as a pivotal link between the central transformation team and local finance departments, ensuring that system design meets business requirements across the "Realize, Deploy, and Run" phases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing Coordination & Quality Assurance

• UAT Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Responsibilities include defining the testing scope, organizing testing schedules, and coordinating with local "Super Users" to ensure all business scenarios are validated.
• Defect Management: Monitor and track functional defects identified during testing, coordinating between business users and technical integrators to ensure timely resolution.
• Documentation: Review and validate that test scripts and results are accurately documented and aligned with Group internal control standards.

2. Data Migration & Functional Alignment

• Migration Support: Coordinate the finance data migration workstream. Facilitate the mapping of legacy data into the S/4HANA environment and support local entities in validating the accuracy of migrated balances.
• Functional Integrity: Ensure that the setup of SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, Assets) and SAP CO (Product Costing and Industrial Controlling) aligns with the overarching Group requirements for consolidated reporting.
• EPM Transition: Support the coordination of the transition from legacy consolidation tools to SAP SAC , ensuring data consistency between the ERP core and the reporting layer.

3. Deployment & Change Management

• Training Coordination: Organize the training curriculum for the global Finance community. Facilitate the delivery of training sessions and manage the distribution of knowledge-transfer materials.
• Post Go-Live Support: Coordinate "Hypercare" activities following deployment, ensuring that local finance teams have the necessary support to perform their first month-end closing in the new environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Consolidate feedback from the business post-stabilization to support the Head of Finance Transformation in prioritizing system enhancements and process optimizations.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance or Controlling. A background in Industrial Controlling (Product Costing) is highly regarded.
• Technical Knowledge: * Strong functional understanding of core finance processes (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
• Sound knowledge of controlling logic within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP environments (ECC or S/4HANA) and a strong interest in EPM systems (SAC, BPC, or similar).
• Skills: * Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary tasks and manage project timelines.
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Additional Information

• Project Scope: This role offers full-cycle implementation exposure, from the "Realize" phase through to global stabilization.
• Travel: Periodic travel to international manufacturing sites may be required to support deployment activities.
