The Role
As a Financial Analyst , you will join our finance team and support data‑driven decision‑making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career finance professional eager to grow in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
Location: Fully onsite at our Lisbon office; we are open to support relocation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the month‑end closing activities and related reporting.
- Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc financial reports to support decision‑making.
- Perform accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities.
- Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.
- Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances.
- Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Compensation
€20 K – €25 K.
