About the Job
The Financial Controller plans, forecasts, reports, analyzes, and challenges Financial KPIs and their main drivers for services, projects and line cost centers in close collaboration with the business, and coordinates improvement measures. He/she/they advise and support managers in all financial controlling topics. They will also be responsible for implementation of controlling processes and systems and ensuring compliance to controlling‑relevant standards.
What You Do
- Support preparation of periodic reporting (monthly closing) towards local and central management and all other relevant business areas;
- Run quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reports to support the pricing, planning and forecasting activities;
- Support in the design and implementation of functional cost reports in order to support local management and service owners;
- Ensure support to the implementation and monitoring of business initiatives, also through the development of dedicated deep‑dive analysis;
- Managing the annual pricing process;
- Liaising with procurement on costs for contracts;
- Contributing, establishing, and further developing guidelines, methods, processes, and systems for controlling‑related topics.
What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalent;
- 5 years of experience in planning and control or an auditing firm, with experience in a service company and/or understanding of IT service management and IT service organization being a plus;
- Ability to work in a team and to interact with different stakeholders with good communication & project management skills involving various different stakeholders;
- Self‑starter, comfortable with working under pressure, adaptable and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
- Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and projects in parallel;
- Flexibility in working in a diverse international environment undergoing constant change;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP FI‑CO/BW and Service Now would be a plus;
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
