Financial Director

Job Summary

Lead the overall finance function of Sany Italy subsidiary, formulate tax strategy, manage a cross‑cultural finance team of 5–6 people, and ensure full compliance with Italian local regulations and Group financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial management of the overseas subsidiary, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal control.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning and compliance in line with Italian tax laws and EU requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multinational finance team of 5–6 staff.
• Coordinate with Group headquarters, external auditors, local tax authorities, banks, and legal advisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly/yearly closing and financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and Group policies.
• Monitor financial risks, optimize cost efficiency, and support business decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA / ACCA certification is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of overall finance management experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on working experience in Italy.
• Fluent working English; Italian language is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Italian local financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting rules.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication, team leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
