We are a dynamic company operating in the manufacturing sector, with a strong international presence and a commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
We are looking for a Financial & Industrial Controller to join our team and support the company's strategic and operational goals through strong financial analysis and business insight.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to HQ in compliance with IFRS standards, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Forecasts.
- Conduct business performance analysis, preparing reports and presentations for Management (e.g. ppt of the BU, P&L variances, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives, sales trends).
- Lead the annual budgeting process, support the preparation of the Business Plan, and manage periodic forecast updates.
- Design, implement, and monitor the Financial Internal Control System, with clear KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive improvements in Industrial Accounting, ensuring more accurate and timely data.
- Support transfer pricing activities in compliance with international regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, including strategic initiatives like Industry 5.0 and GDPR compliance.
- Support external auditors, especially during the year-end closing phase.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in economics
- Previous experience in audit, preferably in a Big Four firm, is highly valued.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus (2+ years preferred), especially in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SME.UP).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
