Financial & Industrial Controller – Manufacturing Sector

We are looking for a Financial & Industrial Controller to join our team and support the company's strategic and operational goals through strong financial analysis and business insight.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting to HQ in compliance with IFRS standards, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Forecasts.
• Conduct business performance analysis, preparing reports and presentations for Management (e.g. ppt of the BU, P&L variances, CAPEX, cost-saving initiatives, sales trends).
• Lead the annual budgeting process, support the preparation of the Business Plan, and manage periodic forecast updates.
• Design, implement, and monitor the Financial Internal Control System, with clear KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive improvements in Industrial Accounting, ensuring more accurate and timely data.
• Support transfer pricing activities in compliance with international regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, including strategic initiatives like Industry 5.0 and GDPR compliance.
• Support external auditors, especially during the year-end closing phase.
