Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accounting Officer to lead our financial operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinating and supervising accounting activities and personnel
• Managing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations and accounting standards
• Supervising account reconciliations and journal entries
• Closing and preparing financial statements

Requirements :

• Proven experience in senior accounting roles
• Graduate degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degrees considered an asset
• In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting standards and fiscal regulations
• Expertise in ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in Italian and English languages; Spanish language skills considered a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities under pressure
