Job Description:

We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. Currently, we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Europe, and we require an Allocator to proactively participate in this activity.

The FP&A specialist is responsible for supporting the budget and forecasting processes of Onitsuka Tiger EMEA business. Draws up the financial reporting and provides business/variance analysis aimed to support periodic business performance reviews (store sales performance, etc.) and operational decision-making.

The contract is fixed-term with the possibility to convert to indefinite after 1 year.

Role & responsibilities:

• Optimize the use of financial and business information, develop and prepare local management reports to support business decision-making.
• Perform financial report analysis before monthly closing process finalized by the local accounting team.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly P&L, profit contribution, and all kinds of reports; discuss deviations from budget with relevant managers; monitor and discuss action plans to address negative deviations.
• Coordinate local planning activities, including budget, forecast, and mid-term financial plan.
• Support planning processes with tools, review, and question planning results.
• Communicate with business functions to drive strategy and achieve targets.
• Conduct periodic forecasting and gap analysis to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate with OHQ finance team for finance-related work.
• Assist local/OHQ teams with daily and ad hoc finance requests.
• Address special issues such as Impairment, Leases, M&A, and Provisions.
• Ensure accurate execution of J-Sox internal controls.
• Process invoices and payments, analyze financial data to manage budgets, and suggest cost reductions.
• Support additional tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or Planning.
• Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred.
• Experience with SAP system preferred.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxes, and treasury.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and time management skills, with ability to prioritize.
• Self-confident in driving results.
• Teamwork and open-mindedness.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
