Financial Reporting Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities: We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to support the execution of its finance, accounting and internal controls rollout plan in the EMEA region. This role is ideal for an early career professional looking to grow within a dynamic, fast paced and private equity backed environment. The role will report directly to the Financial Reporting Manager and offers strong learning opportunities in finance and reporting.

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTION:

•Assist with the review of financial reporting compliance, including U.S. GAAP, local statutory reporting, and internal controls

•Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

•Help monitor compliance with global accounting policies

•Conduct initial reviews and variance analyses of balance sheet and P&L

•Contribute to the preparation of materials for group reporting and support the US GAAP and statutory audits

•Assist global financial reporting team with group level external reporting matters

REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field

•2-3 years of relevant work experience, (big4 experience is a plus)

•Basic understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP is a plus)

•Fluent English (spoken and written)

•Experience with consolidation reporting tools (e.g. Hyperion) and financial close tools (e.g. Blackline) a plus

•Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

•Ability to work in a collaborative, international environment and meet deadlines
