ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a new member of our team who will take care of the car fleet, managing the life cycle of the vehicles and the relationship with suppliers and drivers, and will also support the HR administration processes.
The core responsibilities include:
- Coordinate maintenance, deadlines, insurance and claims for the fleet (around 40 vehicles, both owned and leased), with an eye to cost optimization
- Manage technical and administrative support for drivers
- Negotiate with rental companies, dealerships and workshops
- Monitor data and KPI (eg. km, fuel consumption, operating costs, etc.) and prepare reports
- Support the HQ for the purchase of new cars
- Manage of fleet-related goods and services (e.g. fuel card and Telepass)
- Prepare reports to support payroll calculation, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Coordinate occupational health requirements and mandatory training
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Has previous experience in a similar fleet and administrative role
- Applies strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Has good command of English, both verbally and in writing
- Holds a valid B driving license and is comfortable with occasional travel for external assignments
- Works effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, cooperative, and supportive approach
