Flight Operation Assistant (m/f/d)

SkyAlps, a rapidly growing company in the regional aviation sector based in Bolzano, is looking for aFlight Operation Assistant (m/f/d) to join its team.

Main responsibilities:

• Entering and updating operational data in the flight management system;
• Supporting the preparation of documentation required for flight operations;
• Collaborating with various operational departments;
• Handling basic administrative tasks and document archiving;
• Checking and verifying flight data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal profile:

• Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry;
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
• Precision, patience, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with different stakeholders;
• Team spirit, initiative, and eagerness to learn;
• Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.
