Flying Doctor - Automotive

The Flying Doctor is responsible for providing advanced technical support across the authorized dealer network, managing complex technical cases, and ensuring high-quality service standards. This role acts as a key liaison between headquarters, dealerships, and internal departments, supporting product quality, diagnostics, and aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex and critical technical cases within the authorized dealer network, providing remote and on-site support.
• Handle customer and legal cases from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with the Warranty team to provide technical evaluations, especially for high-cost repairs.
• Work closely with the Training team to align service procedures and repair standards.
• Support the Spare Parts department in defining and updating special tools and equipment requirements.
• Act as the key contact with HQ for technical matters.
• Provide technical support related to diagnostic tools and systems.
• Monitor and manage recall campaigns, service actions, and port campaigns.
• Oversee handling and disposal processes for lithium batteries.
• Provide technical and operational support within logistics compounds and service operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or technical training within the automotive industry.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive technologies and systems.
• Strong passion for the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site.
