Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and implement engineering plans and schedules in the MENA and Europe regions.
• Oversee design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues during projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on engineering progress.
• Ensure engineering activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and team members.
• Stay updated with industry developments and engineering advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience, preferably in FMWR sector.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, standards.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
