In this role, you will be responsible for increasing partner onboarding and converting opportunities into revenue. With over 12,000 Microsoft partners in Italy—many of them SMBs, the role focuses on expanding the number of ACMP partners through hunting campaigns.
Your tasks
Convert qualified leads into ACMP onboardings and revenue Run outbound follow-ups on campaign/automation-generated prospects Plan and deliver demos; move prospects through decision steps Start and support ACMP onboarding; keep deals progressing in the funnel Win migrations from other distributors by positioning ALSO’s value Log activity and outcomes in CRM (calls, responses, opportunities, stages) Your profile
Inside sales / BDR experience with lead-to-revenue results Strong phone outreach and persistent follow-up discipline Consultative selling: needs discovery, objection handling, persuasion Familiarity with partner/channel motions (SMB a plus) Confident demo coordination and pipeline management Solid CRM skills and KPI-driven working style Experience from IT distribution, IT manufacturers, or similar A self-driven and proactive approach Solid knowledge of the Italian market Fluent Italian and English is required We offer
