San Clemente Palace in looking for a Food & Beverage Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Venice. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing 3 restaurants and 2 bars daily operations, managing food service, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing training to staff, and budgeting for F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
- Customer Service and Training abilities
- Budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Knowledge about Micros systems
