Role: Food & Beverage Manager
San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, manage food service, ensure customer satisfaction, train staff, and handle budgeting for F&B activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service and F&B management
- Strong customer service and staff training skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
