Overview Within the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team in an international and multicultural environment, this internship ensures full regulatory compliance of products by monitoring requirements, updating technical databases, and executing assigned regulatory tasks with accuracy and timeliness, contributing to the organization’s scientific and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Execute one‑time tasks assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader, or project manager, following existing procedures and agreed timelines.

Execute repeated, long‑standing tasks assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader, or project manager, following existing procedures and agreed timelines.

Report weekly on activities, raise issues and unclear points in procedures, and actively participate in team meetings.

Mission

Monitor regulatory food news and regulations.

Update products and databases with regulatory information.

Participate in product‑driven or customer‑driven projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

Science background (minimum bachelor’s degree).

Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

Mastery of Excel.

Reading comprehension skills, analytic approach.

Self‑organization and time‑management skills.

Reliability and sense of responsibility.

Professional working proficiency in Italian.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Arabic language proficiency.
