Position Description

The selected candidate will join the Foreign Administration team and will be responsible for the administrative, accounting, and tax management of foreign units (Branches / Foreign Units), working in close coordination with project teams, consultants, and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordination from Head Office of administrative and accounting activities for foreign units (Branches / Unincorporated Foreign Units).
  • Supervision and review of accounting entries prepared by local AFC teams, ensuring consistency with Group guidelines and proper recording in Head Office accounts.
  • Support to local teams in reconciliation activities (site cash, expense funds, expense reports) and in the resolution of key operational accounting matters.
  • Assistance to local AFC teams in the preparation of Branch financial statements and in ensuring an accurate and timely information flow to Head Office.
  • Interface and operational support, in coordination with local teams, towards external consultants, local authorities, and suppliers on administrative, tax, and accounting matters (VAT, local compliance, documentation).
  • Support for periodic closing activities (monthly/quarterly/year-end), ensuring alignment and high-quality reporting to Head Office.
  • Collaboration with central functions (Accounting, Tax, Reporting) and with internal/external auditors for the assigned foreign units.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or related fields.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in similar roles (Foreign Administration, Branch Accounting, Audit).
  • Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles (IFRS, OIC) and international administrative processes.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel abroad on an occasional basis.
  • Strong attention to detail, operational autonomy, and ability to manage priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EPC / project-based environments.
  • Experience in coordinating junior resources.
