Bloom Our Youth is seeking a Foster Care Program Manager in Rome, GA. This full-time position involves supervising foster care placement services, recruiting and training foster families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related fields and has supervisory and project management experience. Flexibility in schedule is required due to potential travel and night/weekend duties. This role is essential in promoting the mission of Bloom's foster care program.
