Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today’s evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

The Role

This is not a traditional internship. As Founder's Associate , you'll work directly with the founders and senior leadership team, operating as a trusted right hand across Finance, Operations, and strategic initiatives.

Your day will rarely look the same twice. One morning you might be reconciling cash flows; that afternoon, preparing a board update or helping structure a new operational process. You'll get exposure to every corner of the business, with Finance as your primary anchor, and you'll be expected to connect the dots across all of them.

We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for someone who is rigorous, fast on their feet, and genuinely excited about how a high-growth startup works from the inside out.

What You'll Do

Finance & Operations (core focus)

• Monitor cash flows and keep financial reports updated on a regular basis
• Perform accounting reconciliations across bank movements, invoices, and records
• Oversee inbound and outbound invoice management, coordinating with external consultants
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting for leadership

Strategic Support

• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and internal strategy sessions
• Conduct research and analysis to support key business decisions (market, benchmarking, KPIs)
• Track and synthesize data across business areas to give founders a clear, real-time view of the company

Cross-functional Projects

• Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Product teams on operational initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies in administrative and business workflows and propose concrete solutions
• Help design and roll out new processes as the company scales

Founders' Leverage

• Take ownership of ad hoc projects end-to-end, from scoping to delivery

Who We're Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong command of Excel; familiarity with data tools or BI is a plus
• Solid grasp of basic accounting and corporate finance principles
• Ability to switch contexts quickly and work across multiple areas without losing precision
• Analytical mindset: you're comfortable with data and you ask the right questions
• Execution-oriented: you don't wait to be told twice and you close the loop
• Excellent communication skills: you can write a clear email and present a structured slide
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Genuine curiosity about startups and how businesses are built
