We're a lean, data-driven team building a category-defining company in one of Europe's most regulated and fastest-growing verticals.
About the role This isn't a support role — it's a seat at the table. You'll work directly alongside the CEO, owning the analytical and operational layer that keeps our product roadmap honest and our strategic initiatives grounded in data. Part product operations, part founder's office: you'll get full visibility into how a high-growth e-commerce company is built and scaled.
What you'll own:
- Product timeline supervision: track scoping, requirements definition, and delivery milestones across squads — flagging blockers before they become delays
- Prioritization analysis: build frameworks and quantitative models that help the product team make faster, better-evidenced tradeoff decisions and turn backlog noise into a clear ranked roadmap
- Strategic support to the CEO: from market analysis to investor materials to operational deep-dives — whatever the company's most critical initiative is at any given moment.
What we're looking for:
- 1 year of consulting experience is a strong plus — you know how to produce structured, board-ready outputs
- Advanced Excel skills — you build models from scratch, not just read them; pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario analysis are second nature
- SQL proficiency — you write queries independently to pull, clean, and interpret data without waiting on a data team
- Strong analytical mindset with a natural instinct for structuring ambiguous problems and communicating findings clearly
- High autonomy — you operate with minimal direction, own your work end-to-end, and don't wait to be told what to do next
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
Compensation:
The gross annual salary range for this role is between €26.000 and €30.000.
The final placement within the range depends on experience, the scope of the role, and internal pay equity.

Milan-based, full-time in presence.
