About Bonx & Our Mission
Industrial SMEs are the backbone of the economy, yet they are underserved by complex, rigid ERPs. Bonx has built the first AI-powered manufacturing OS that is 10x faster to deploy and fully adaptable without a single line of code.
Italy is the second-largest manufacturing power in Europe, yet its factories are still running on 40-year-old legacy software. Bonx is here to change that.
Following our major funding round last summer with Tier-1 investors (Lakestar, Dynamo, OSS Ventures), we are looking for our Founding Account Executive for Italy. This is a “Day 1” opportunity to own a territory, build the playbook, and lead the charge for the first No-Code & AI-driven ERP dedicated to the industry.
We are disrupting a massive, stagnant market. If you have the “Founder” mindset and want to be the face of Bonx in Italy, this is your seat.
What You Will Do
As the first dedicated AE for Italy, you will report directly to the Head of Sales Europe and work closely with the founders:
- Market Conquest: Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing strategic mid-market manufacturing accounts.
- Strategic Playbook: Refine the Italian GTM strategy, adapting our value prop to local specificities.
- Evangelization: Represent Bonx at major Italian industrial events and build a network of partners and influencers.
- Mentorship: Lead and coach a dedicated SDR team to sharpen our outbound machine.
- AI Integration: Leverage our AI capabilities to show clients how to automate production cycles and data management like never before.

- Native Italian speaker with full professional fluency in English.
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience , specifically closing Mid-Market or Enterprise deals.

- Complex Navigator: You can talk to a CEO in the morning and a Production Manager in the afternoon.
- Data-Driven: You treat your CRM like a goldmine and understand that sales is both an art and a science.
