Your Role We have a product that works, customers that prove it, and a market that is moving fast. Italy is one of the core regions we are pushing alongside the US, DACH and UK - it is not an experiment, it is a strategic priority. In Italy we have meaningful traction, referenceable logos, and early partner relationships to build on. The market is largely untapped and the opportunity is real from day one. The person who takes this role has the opportunity to build a dominant position in a market that is moving fast. If you have spent the last decade building the right relationships in Italy and you are ready to put them to work in a market that is genuinely early, this is your moment. You will report directly to the Co-founder and have a sales engineer to handle technical discovery. We already have early partner relationships in Italy - managing and growing those is part of the job from day one. Your job is to generate pipeline, navigate deals, close, and build the partner ecosystem. No VP of Sales between you and the decision maker. No committee to approve your approach. Just a big market, a working product, and room to run.
What You’ll Do Generate pipeline fast - primarily through your existing network. There is no inbound engine, no SDR handing you leads. You eat what you kill. Own the full sales cycle end to end: sourcing → pilot → business case → negotiation → close Own and grow our existing partner relationships in Italy - system integrators and advisory firms - bringing them into deals, co-selling, and turning them into a reliable referral engine. Target mid-market and enterprise accounts with €100K+ ACV potential, navigating multi-stakeholder deals across product, AI, IT, legal, and procurement Be the face of Nebuly in Italy - at events, in conversations, in the market
Who You Are 6+ years of enterprise or mid-market B2B SaaS sales experience in Italy Proven track record of closing multiple
7-figure enterprise contracts Active

(with CTOs, ML teams, data leads) You know how to win deals without inbound or SDRs -
you drive your own pipeline Proven experience owning partner relationships with system integrators and advisory firms - you know how to activate them in a deal, co-sell, and turn them into a referral engine, not just coordinate with someone else who manages that relationship. Comfortable with ambiguity, a lean process, and building as you go Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish bonus You do not need to have sold AI observability or conversational analytics before. You need to know the buyers and know how to sell.
Bonus Points Spanish speaker - we are actively evaluating Iberia as our next market and this would be a natural advantage. Experience as a first sales hire or market launcher Background in data, analytics, ML infrastructure, or developer tools

€120-180k OTE, 50/50 base variable. Compensation is flexible based on experience and fit. Equity.
You are early. That means something. No bureaucracy.
You report directly to the Co-founder. You will have a sales engineer to handle technical discovery and field marketing support for events and local presence. Since we already have partner relationships in Italy, growing and activating them is part of the job - a dedicated Partnerships Manager joins once the market scales further, but until then the partner motion is yours. You will not spend your time in internal meetings or waiting for approvals. You execute.
