Founding Growth Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Go-To-Market Specialist to help us build and scale the first growth engine of two early-stage initiatives.
This is a 0→1 role.
You won't manage an existing marketing structure — you will help create it.
You will work directly with the founder and external advisors to transform positioning, content, traffic and partnerships into measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on role.
We are looking for someone who can contribute to growth strategy, but who is equally comfortable executing campaigns, creating content, optimizing funnels and improving conversion rates.
You will work on two different but connected business models:
INITIATIVE N°1
A digital ecosystem focused on certified skills, verified profiles, education, institutions and professional growth.
INITIATIVE N°2
An AI-powered platform for Augmented Decision-Making, helping organizations transform fragmented information into measurable business decisions.
This role combines two distinct growth logics:
Offline Growth
- Brand positioning
- Partnerships
- Schools and institutions activation
- Community building
- Ecosystem development
Online Growth
- Content marketing
- SEO
- Funnel creation
- Marketing automation
- Traffic acquisition
- Conversion optimization
This is not a traditional social media role.
You will be responsible for turning visibility into demand, supporting outbound initiatives and helping structure a scalable system connecting content → traffic → conversion → growth.
Full details about both initiatives will be shared during the interview process.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Positioning, Content & Community
You will contribute to positioning our platform N°1 as a reference for certified skills and verified CVs.
You will:
- Build a consistent content engine (LinkedIn, blog, long-form content)
- Translate complex concepts into clear narratives
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies
- Produce and optimize content using AI-powered workflows
- Support link-building and partnerships with schools, universities, companies and training entities
- Contribute to community activation and ecosystem visibility
- Support podcast and thought leadership initiatives
Goal: build visibility, credibility and community traction.
Growth, Funnel & Conversion
You will support the launch and scaling of platform N°2 by building a working acquisition and conversion system.
You will:
- Design and execute acquisition activities (content, outbound, partnerships and campaigns)
- Build and optimize landing pages and conversion flows
- Launch and manage campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Structure and automate funnels (lead → nurturing → conversion)
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives and offers
- Integrate marketing activities with CRM and automation tools
- Identify where users drop off and implement concrete fixes
- Support go-to-market initiatives and pilot project activation
Goal: generate first users, first conversions and validate what works.
Cross-Functional: Performance & System Optimization
Across both initiatives, you will:
- Track and analyze KPIs
- Monitor traffic, engagement and conversion performance
- Improve what works and eliminate what doesn't
- Support the creation of scalable growth systems
- Help connect content → traffic → conversion into a repeatable process
Goal: turn activities into a measurable and scalable growth engine.
Ideal Candidate
We are not looking for a traditional Social Media Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can write, but also think in systems
- Understands how content generates business impact
- Is interested in how businesses grow
- Is comfortable working in an early-stage environment
- Takes ownership and executes without constant supervision
- Enjoys building processes from scratch
- Can discuss positioning in the morning and launch a campaign in the afternoon
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Go-To-Market roles
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
- Experience with paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience with landing pages and funnel optimization
- Analytical mindset and KPI-driven decision making
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work in international environments
- Experience with AI tools for content generation is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in education, technology or SaaS environments
- Experience launching new products or initiatives
- Experience with podcast or community management
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
- Experience with Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms

Location & Contract
Location: Milan (Italy)
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Compensation: €32K+ based on experience + performance bonus + fast growth opportunities
