Breakfast Chef (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Independent management and responsibility for breakfast (including buffet)
• Preparation of various egg dishes à la minute
• Independent assurance of daily professional mise-en-place
• Other auxiliary tasks in the kitchen (e.g., occasional staff catering)
• Careful handling of kitchen appliances and equipment
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Responsibility for the proper handling of food and work materials

Your profile

• Relevant professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
• Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage
• High level of service and quality orientation
• Excellent communication skills, confident and winning manner
• Can-do attitude and hands‑on mentality
• Team player
• Very good German and Italian language skills; English language skills are advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
