FREELANCE Event Producer

This is a contract role for a Freelance Event Producer, located on-site in Milan. The Event Producer will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing projects from concept to completion, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Daily tasks include budget management, event logistics, timeline creation, and ensuring that each event meets the client’s expectations and brand standards.

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight
• Project Management capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Milan
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and requirements
