CID S.p.A., a medical devices company, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its Italian headquarters and be part of an established team. The role requires fluent French to manage orders from French-speaking countries and ensure smooth order processing from receipt to completion.
You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, QA and Finance to provide shipping instructions, track order status, handle complaints and returns, and ensure tax and payment terms compliance.
