The Role: Business Developer


You’ll become part of a high-impact Business Development team where collaboration, curiosity, and consultative sales are key. Your role will involve:

  • Building relationships with decision-makers in finance and legal organisations
  • Introducing them to tailored recruitment solutions that solve real business problems
  • Working closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver the right talent quickly and efficiently
  • Developing your niche market knowledge and reputation as a trusted advisor
  • Hitting clear, well-defined KPIs that tie directly to your next promotion

What We Look For


  • Has 6 months to 2 years of B2B Services Sales experience , such inside sales, in business development or account management
  • Understands how to win new clients through consultative selling
  • Wants more than a base salary - you're chasing career elevation , not just commission
  • Is coachable, driven, and ambitious to grow into leadership
  • Fluent English and EU Passport holder or citizen
