The Role: Business Developer
You’ll become part of a high-impact Business Development team where collaboration, curiosity, and consultative sales are key. Your role will involve:
- Building relationships with decision-makers in finance and legal organisations
- Introducing them to tailored recruitment solutions that solve real business problems
- Working closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver the right talent quickly and efficiently
- Developing your niche market knowledge and reputation as a trusted advisor
- Hitting clear, well-defined KPIs that tie directly to your next promotion

What We Look For
- Has 6 months to 2 years of B2B Services Sales experience , such inside sales, in business development or account management
- Understands how to win new clients through consultative selling
- Wants more than a base salary - you're chasing career elevation , not just commission
- Is coachable, driven, and ambitious to grow into leadership
- Fluent English and EU Passport holder or citizen
