Front Desk Officer

St Louis School - Archinto is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer to manage reception and secretarial activities. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, ensuring an efficient and friendly service in an international, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome students, parents, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
• Handle phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications
• Support the school’s daily administrative activities
• Schedule appointments and manage the front office calendar
• Maintain and update records and databases
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff
• Handle urgent situations with calm and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles
• Excellent command of English and Italian (both written and spoken)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of common computer tools (MS Office, email, management systems) and experience working with iOS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with multicultural environment.
