We are looking for a FRONT DESK MANAGER for the reception of a 50-apartment building.
We want someone hands‑on, with good vibes, who can lead the team, care for the details and focus on results.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate and supervise the reception team.
- Manage check‑ins/check‑outs of residents, visitors and suppliers, ensuring excellent service.
- Solve day‑to‑day incidents (complaints, repairs, access, security).
- Monitor and optimise availability of common areas and bookings (multipurpose room, parking, etc.).
- Implement operational/commercial strategies to improve occupancy and ancillary services.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the role.
What we ask for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (reception, concierge or hotel).
- Knowledge of availability/reservations management and online tools.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Good command of OTAs/reservation systems (ideal: HotelGest, Booking, Expedia or similar).
