About The Opportunity
- Outlier is seeking exceptional front-end developers and designers to help train generative AI models.
- This freelance, fully remote role offers flexible hours—you can work whenever it suits you.
Your Contributions
- Creating and answering questions about front-end development and web design to aid AI training.
- Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code in JavaScript, React, and other modern frameworks.
- Assessing UI/UX quality, accessibility, and design choices made by AI-generated code.
- Providing expert feedback on UI intuitiveness, functionality, and aesthetics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
- Experience building polished, accessible, and production-ready web interfaces.
- Background in computer science, web development, or digital design (degree not mandatory if experience is exceptional).
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication about visual and code quality.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from USD $25 to $50 per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project specifics.
- Higher rates may be offered for PhDs or specialized skills. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects may include incentives.
