Front Office Agent

We are expanding with a new luxury hotel in Courmayeur, Italy , located at the foot of Mont Blanc in one of the most prestigious alpine destinations. As part of this exciting opening, we are looking for a Front Office Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring smooth and professional front desk operations and creating a welcoming first impression aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
Profile & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role within hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Availability to start as soon as possible .
