As a Front Office Host at Park Hyatt Milano, you will be the face of the hotel, creating a warm, welcoming, and elegant arrival and departure experience for our guests. With a refined attention to detail and a deep understanding of personalized service, you will ensure each guest feels valued, recognized, and cared for throughout their stay. This role requires presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality

Main Duties and responsibiliti

    Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experien
  • ce.Handle guest registration, room assignments, and payment procedures in accordance with hotel standar
  • ds.Provide personalized assistance by anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful suggestions or solutio
  • ns.Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and VIP profiles to ensure bespoke servi
  • ce.Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfacti
  • on.Respond to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone, in a timely and courteous mann
  • er.Manage room changes, billing inquiries, and special requests with precision and empat
  • hy.Promote the hotel’s services and amenities, as well as the Park Hyatt brand valu
  • es.Ensure a polished and professional appearance of the reception area at all tim
