Nuraxi Holding SRL is pioneering the future of AI-driven healthcare and longevity science. We lead the SABA (Sardinian Aging Biomarkers Analysis) project—a landmark study into the markers of healthy aging in Sardinia's renowned "Blue Zone." Our mission is to unlock actionable insights from biometric, genomic, and behavioral data through cutting-edge technology and precision medicine.

The Project

The SABA project combines wearable technology, AI, and precision medicine to understand longevity factors in Sardinia's "Blue Zone" population. You'll contribute to a sophisticated production platform that:

• Processes and visualizes biometric and behavioral data
• Supports clinical trial workflows and health assessments
• Hosts LLM-powered AI tools for aging analysis and personalized insights

You'll work as part of a senior, multidisciplinary team that is reshaping how we understand—and extend—human healthspan.

• We might have meet from time to time in Milan, Rome, or Cagliari

️ What You’ll Work On

You’ll be a key contributor to our production-grade system that powers advanced AI tools for aging science. Your primary focus (~70%) will be building rich, responsive frontend interfaces for end users, with additional responsibilities (~30%) on backend services and API integration.

This is a productionized environment with CI/CD pipelines, structured code review, and agile workflows.

Required Skills

Frontend (Primary Focus - 70%)

• React & TypeScript expertise – building production-grade apps using Hooks, Context, and strong type-safe practices.
• State management & routing – using Zustand, Redux, TanStack Router, or React Router in complex frontend architectures.
• API integration & data fetching – handling RESTful APIs with Axios and TanStack Query, plus API code generation (Orval, OpenAPI).
• Component-driven UI & styling – working with Shadcn UI, Radix UI primitives, and modern CSS solutions like Tailwind or CSS-in-JS.
• Responsive & interactive design – implementing mobile-first layouts and rich UI interactions using Framer Motion.
• Performance optimization & testing – applying lazy loading, memoization, and testing with Vitest, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Tooling, documentation & accessibility – using Vite, Storybook, and ensuring WCAG compliance and cross-browser support.

Backend (30%)

• Production-level experience with Django and Python
• REST API development and integration
• PostgreSQL or equivalent relational DBs
• Docker for development and deployment
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Familiarity with production workflows (e.g., migrations, data integrity)
• Exposure to AI tooling is a plus , including:
• AI agents development, LangGraph, Langsmith
• RAG/GraphRAG, LangSmith
• Dagster for pipelines orchestration

General Requirements

• Strong grasp of OOP, clean and modular code principles
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience working in cross-functional, international teams
• Solid command of Git and GitHub
• Tools familiarity: Jira, Slack, GitHub Actions
• Prior experience in production-grade software delivery

• Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Terraform or other IAC tools
• Background in healthcare, biotech, or research tech
• Startup or mission-driven team experience
