Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide consistent massages and body/facial treatments as directed in training classes.
• Recommend and up-sell services that fit the guest's needs.
• Communicate and describe accurately the spa offerings and their benefits.
• Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area.
• Take care of the equipment and products used throughout the spa facility.
• Assist in all areas of the spa’s operation as directed by management.

Requirements

• Beautician degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Beautician in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments.
• Self-motivation.
