About the Role We are looking for a Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Commercial & Order-to-Cash Transformation, in this role you will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable process and system solutions. You will work closely with the Global Business Process Owner and regional teams to design and implement standardized commercial and Order-to-Cash processes across the organization. You will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Main Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into functional process and system designs Advise on optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality, focusing on standard (out-of-the-box) capabilities Recommend appropriate modules and features based on business needs Challenge and refine process designs to align with system best practices Identify opportunities to simplify processes and avoid customization Define functional solution designs and hand over to IT Solution Owners and Developers Support ERP implementation and ensure alignment with global standards Collaborate across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT Drive alignment across global and regional stakeholders
