In 2020, Ambienta became IIGCC member and in 2023 committed to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi). www.Ambientasgr.ComYour role and responsibilitiesBy joining us, you will find a dynamic and stimulating corporate environment, where performance, initiative, and results are consistently recognized and rewarded.We are looking for a junior resource to join the Funds Management Team and reportig to the Head of Operations PE, that will cover the following tasks within the daily job:Fund accounting and NAV calculation in collaboration with the service providers in chargeCommunications to investorsAdministrative processes of the funds managed, in collaboration with the service providers in chargeAdministrative processes of the special purpose vehicles, in coordination with the professionals in chargeMonitoring and periodical update of the records about the investment structures, in collaboration with the investment teamTreasury activities related to fundsOperational processes with outsourcers and banksKYC activities, in collaboration with the professionals in chargeYour SkillsEconomics DegreePrevious experience of at least 2 – 5 years in regulated asset management companies / service providers / depositary banks (in each case, with main focus on close-ended alternative investment funds) or audit (financial services – investment funds)Accuracy, organization and problem solvingGood knowledge of English (spoken and written) and the Office packageFlexibility and ability to manage stressLocationMilan
