The program, among the most challenging and futuristic for the aerospace and defense industry, will drive the technological revolution that will characterize the sector over the next fifty years. This challenge aims to strengthen the technological and industrial sovereignty of the countries involved, because it aims to identify and make available those innovative technologies, called enabling technologies, that will ensure the generational leap, generating positive returns and economic and social progress for the entire country system, benefiting new generations. The resources who will work within this program will have the opportunity to access a path of professional growth in an international and technologically advanced context.Within Leonardo's **Aircraft Division**, in the Collaboration Program Business Area, FCAS Programs, we are looking for a Coordinator Program Manager for our Turin – Corso Francia office.**The resource will mainly be responsible for:*** Managing projects of competence in terms of delivery and execution (timelines, costs, quality) through the coordination of other organizational units involved.* Operational interface with the Client for programmatic and technical-industrial issues.* Operational planning of the project of competence, ensuring its alignment with contractual requirements and continuous updating of planning, verifying its physical progress and agreeing with the functions – where necessary – recovery plans and actions.* Managing project costs in terms of planning and ex-post analysis.* Identifying, valorizing, and managing technical-industrial risks and defining a mitigation plan for the entire life cycle of assigned projects.* Preparing Program meetings with all involved operating units, ensuring the availability of relevant reporting for the aspects of competence.**Educational qualification:**Degree in Management Engineering (preferred) or Diploma**Seniority:**Expert (at least 5 years of Program/Project Management experience) or Senior (3-5 years)**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Project Management, Scheduling, Performance Control & Reporting, Risk Management**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team* Ability to interact with different cultures* Communication and relationship skills with clients and suppliers* Organizational and coordination skills* Planning skills* Problem-solving and results orientation* Curiosity and aptitude for learning**Language skills:*** Good knowledge of written and spoken English**Computer skills:*** Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project**Other:**Availability for national and international travel.Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills, and build a professional path of excellence.**Seniority:**Junior**Primary Location:**IT - Torino - C.So Francia**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**Hybrid
