About the Role

The GenAI Platform Operations Specialist will support the operations and governance of enterprise Generative AI platforms (e.G., Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio), ensuring reliability, security, and service quality of AI agents in production.

The role, within ITIO – Enterprise Systems Management , will work closely with AI teams, Technology Enterprise Solutions & Services teams, and Cloud Operations, contributing to the operational enablement of GenAI platforms, service monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational configuration of GenAI platforms (Azure / Copilot), including tenant settings, services, integrations, and connections required for AI agent adoption;
  

• Support AI teams during onboarding and setup phases, providing guidance on technical prerequisites, configurations, and operational best practices;
  

• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to mitigate risks related to data access through AI agents;
  

• Contribute to the deployment of AI agents, ensuring operational readiness, go-live checklists, and support in defining SLA/SLOs;
  

• Implement and manage monitoring and observability activities (metrics, dashboards, alerts), supporting the analysis of anomalies and service degradation;
  

• Participate in the management of the operational lifecycle (incident, problem, change, release), in alignment with corporate IT Operations processes;
  

• Collaborate with Cloud Ops / FinOps teams on capacity planning and cost awareness, monitoring usage trends and potential risks;
  

• Maintain and update operational documentation (runbooks, procedures, technical FAQs), fostering knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Operations, Platform Operations, or Cloud Operations roles within enterprise or multinational environments;
  

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (tenant/identity management, core services, logging, and monitoring) and familiarity with Copilot 365 / Copilot Studio platforms;
  

• Good knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps);
  

• Experience in IT service operations: incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA management;
  

• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate technical and business needs into operational actions;
  

• Structured approach, with a focus on service stability and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Basic operational experience with AWS or multi-cloud environments;
  

• Familiarity with observability tools (e.G., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights or similar solutions);
  

• Knowledge of SRE / Service Reliability principles (SLOs, service quality indicators);
  

• Experience with low-code platforms, workflow automation, or AI/agent platforms, even outside pure development contexts.
